To replace the cover, start by unscrewing the three screws on the back of the unit to unhook the top cover. Then, insert a flat head screwdriver between the bottom charging prongs and push down and forward to unlatch the top and bottom housings. Make sure to account for all screws and the on/off button before lining up the tab of the thin on/off button with the slot in the new cover. Reassemble the front part of the body, ensuring all internal components are in place, and tighten the screws back into the housing firmly.
